An institutional funding brief

Fund the transaction.
See the path to payment.

Veroquence connects documented buyer demand with qualified suppliers. We seek financial partners who can evaluate the specific order, the cost of fulfillment, and the resulting receivable.

For purchase order financiers, factors, banks, credit unions, SBA lenders and specialized working capital partners.
One company. Multiple capital structures. The transaction determines the fit.Funding is discussed only against actual eligibility, evidence and terms.
01 / The business

A sourcing company built around
the economics of delivery.

We assemble a case from the buyer's requirement through supplier pricing, fulfillment and collection. That gives a financing partner a concrete transaction to underwrite.

02 / The transaction

From requirement to repayment.

Each stage has different evidence. A funding proposal should match the stage reached by the underlying opportunity.

Document demand

Identify the buyer requirement, scope, deadline, payment terms and award process.

Verify fulfillment

Confirm supplier capability, current pricing, freight, taxes and delivery requirements.

Model capital

Compare funding cost and cash timing with the actual transaction economics.

Perform & invoice

Following award and approved commitments, coordinate delivery and issue a valid invoice.

Collect & settle

Match the customer's payment cycle to the financing agreement and reconcile the proceeds.

Transaction discipline: A prospective bid is not an awarded order; an awarded order is not a completed invoice. Veroquence presents the evidence actually available at each stage.
03 / The financing fit

Different capital for different moments.

We welcome discussions with specialized funders and traditional institutions on structures suited to a particular contract and Veroquence's eligibility.

A / AWARDED ORDER

Purchase order & supplier funding

For an eligible awarded contract or purchase order where supplier payment comes before customer payment. Funders can evaluate the order, vendor, margin, delivery terms and repayment mechanism.

Requires funder review of the specific transaction
B / COMPLETED WORK

Government receivables

After performance and valid invoicing, factoring or receivables financing may shorten the wait for payment. Buyer verification, assignment rules, fees and recourse require review.

Invoice financing is not pre-performance cash
C / OPERATING CAPACITY

Bank, credit union & SBA programs

Working capital facilities may support recurring operations when underwriting permits. The SBA 7(a) Working Capital Pilot requires at least 12 full months of operating history; other programs and lenders set their own criteria.

No SBA or lender approval is implied
For every structure: We seek a written view of eligibility, advance timing, all fees, guarantees, lien scope, customer notification, recourse, minimums and settlement before factoring funding costs into a final bid.
04 / An underwritable conversation

Bring a real case to the table.

A prospective partner should be able to see what will be bought, from whom, for how much, when it can be delivered and how it will be paid for. We organize those facts before representing a financing path as viable.

  • Buyer scope and award or purchase order evidence when available
  • Supplier quotation, capacity, lead time and payment requirements
  • Landed cost, proposed price and gross margin calculation
  • Delivery, invoice and customer payment milestones
  • Financing cost and cash-flow scenario before final approval
05 / Review materials

Evidence available at the appropriate stage.

A specific review determines which records exist and which documents a financing partner needs. Sensitive business records are shared through an appropriate secure channel.

Entity & ownershipFormation, tax ID and ownership records for legitimate verification.
Operating caseBuyer requirements, supplier support and transaction economics as available.
Financial reviewBanking, financial and tax records as available and appropriate to underwriting.
Contract evidenceAward documents or purchase orders only once actually issued.
Receivable evidenceProof of performance and invoice only after completed work.
Funding termsWritten fees, recourse, liens, guarantees and payment routing for comparison.

This page is an introduction for prospective partners. It is not a loan application, a commitment to borrow, or a representation that any particular case qualifies for financing.
